Gota Spaces ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Gota Spaces mobile application for Android (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our property listing application. By using Gota Spaces, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you choose to use our Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

• 2.1 Personal Information You Provide: Contact info, profile photo, bio, property listings, and professional documents (required for brokers/owners).
• 2.2 Information Collected Automatically: Device information, usage data, log data, and ephemeral search data.
• 2.3 Firebase Services Data: Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Auth, Analytics, and Crashlytics data.
• 2.4 Local Device Storage: Saved/Favorite Properties and App Preferences.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for Core Service Functions, Service Improvement, Security & Compliance, Search Functionality, and Communications.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

• 4.1 Third-Party Service Providers: Data processed by Firebase to operate the app infrastructure.
• 4.2 Public Information: Property photos, prices, descriptions, profile name, and your provided contact info.
• 4.3 Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if legally required.
• 4.4 Business Transfers: Info may be transferred during a merger or acquisition.
• 4.5 We Do NOT: Sell information, share with advertisers, or use for unrelated marketing.
• 4.6 Verification Document Privacy: Documents are strictly confidential, never displayed publicly, and permanently deleted upon account deletion.

5. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active. Inactive data may be deleted after 1 year. If you delete your account, all data is immediately and permanently deleted.

6. Your Rights and Controls

• 6.1 Account Deletion (In-App) - IMMEDIATE: Go to Profile > Delete Account. Instantly deletes profile, listings, documents, and associated Firestore data.
• 6.2 Email Deletion Request: Request deletion at deletion-request@gotaspaces.com (Guaranteed scrubbing within 15 days).
• 6.3 Data Access and Control: View/edit your info in the app; request manual copy via email.
• 6.4 Location Information: Location permission is only requested when pinning a property. Real-time location is never stored. Seekers are not tracked.
• 6.5 Marketing Communications: Opt out anytime via settings or email link.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If a child has provided us info, it will be immediately deleted upon discovery.

8. Third-Party Services

• 8.1 Firebase Services: Auth, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, and Crashlytics are required.
• 8.2 Google Maps: Used to display property locations pinned voluntarily by owners.
• 8.3 External Links: We do not control privacy practices of Telegram, WhatsApp, or phone providers used for user communication.

9. User Responsibilities

• 9.1 Property Owners: Ensure rights to share photos, provide accurate details, comply with laws, and take responsibility for contact info shared.
• 9.2 Property Seekers: Use info for legitimate inquiries, verify details independently, and do not harass.
• 9.3 All Users: Provide accurate info and keep credentials secure.
• 9.4 Communication Responsibilities: We are not responsible for off-platform communications.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We will notify you of material changes (10.1) via in-app notification, email, or page updates. Continued use requires your consent to the updated policy (10.2).
